Minimalist Backpack - Travel Hacks For a Great Trip
When you're going to travel, you have the natural option of taking lots of back with you. And with those lots of things that you might need on the trip, this, of course, is a landed option. The other option is to travel with only this, a backpack of more or less this size—nothing too big, nothing too fancy. And even on long trips, you can travel only with this. For example, I went utterly alone on my first backpacking trip to Europe and stayed for 28 days. Just with this, you can see in the pictures my backpack was always with me; I don't have that specific backpack anymore; it's long gone.
But it still the size was more or less of this one. Now, what are the advantages of traveling with this minimalist backpack? And the main point is freedom, and the whole trip is less clunky. So, for example, you will leave the house only with one backpack. You can go inside the airplane with your backpack because it is too small, so that is no problem. And when you arrive at your destination, you don't have extra luggage to grab on the air at the airport or to take to the cab take to the hotel or hostel, all those things, you are just ready to do whatever you want to, and it gives this flavor of freedom plus adventure I felt, and it was pretty lovely.
Now, those things are explained. Let me show you how you would build your minimalist backpack. So, let us start with this article. I will show my loadout for my trip to Europe. The goal here is to make three complete outfits. So the first outfit is the one you will wear—a T-shirt and underwear, socks and jeans. The jeans are areas that take a long time to take.
Nevertheless, they're versatile pieces, so I took them to the hygiene department. I took it with my shampoo, and I have a small flask. You can also take soap and any cream you want. Toothpaste, a toothbrush, of course, and accessories as you wish.
If you don't want to, you can buy the shampoo at your destination. Thus, you don't have to carry it. Now for the other two T-shirts. This shirt is unique in the sense that the fabric is different. You can make it small and price fast. You can go for it if you have it or can buy it. But it's not essential. Now, for folding, you have to make this this block thing. I'm not folding it too carefully, so wrinkles can happen, but if you're going to tuck, you can be more cautious, and then you roll up; it is a good option because the cloth will look good when you unfold it, and it occupies a tiny space as you can see.
And for the third and final t-shirt, the same procedure is to fold it and then roll it. Now for the second pair of pants, I recommend sports ones because you can run if you want to. We'll climb something to do tracking; you never know. SOCKS to and sucks number three, underwear number two, and underwear. Number three. Now, to finish the three complete outfits. We need a pair of pants. Here's the thing: if you're going to a place you know will be hot. You can listen instead of a band and wear shorts or a skirt. Now for gadgets.
You can take an eraser; this article does not sponsor a power bank. This is instrumental in the view, and whenever no cables beat enough cables, Now, an extra trip if you want to. You can put your things in a plastic bag. This way, if it rains, your stuff foil will be dry. Now let us put all those things in the backpack. Now, I will need to be more strategic about putting my things here because it will depend on your backpack, how many compartments it has, and what kind of clothes you take. So I will put them inside the backpack. And it's still, even without this proper strategy, you will see plenty of space left. And here we go to outfits inside and plenty of free space.
So the backpack, plus the outfit here, you're wearing on the first day, three complete outfits. Now, this thing is optional, but you need to be brave. Even if you're going to a place where it is hot, I recommend a fleece. It's warm. And we never know how the climate might change. If we're going to a cold place, you probably have to carry another jacket, but you will probably be wearing it in the first place.
And then you can take another one with you. And an extra tip number to take with you a money belt can put your passport and documents in one compartment. You can put in money and a credit card; I have none. And then you wrap it up. And you're good to go. I just stayed with this thing the whole time, even while sleeping. And that's how you do it. Here are a few things to consider when considering traveling with such a small backpack.
And the first one is you have to wash your things more often. So, for example, in my case, I used to clean things every two to three days. Sometimes, if I could, I would pass every day. That's why you need to consider it reasonable to assume the fabric of your clothes, for example, caught on, which takes a long time to dry. So it's essential to consider the second negative effect. It's not that you cannot be fashionable. But you only have a few options. You can choose good clothes and basic things that work in almost every situation. Nevertheless, you would have a limited variety of things to consider.
That being said, traveling with such a small backpack was quite good. I'm glad I did it. Because, as I said, it adds this flavor of adventure, and I know I enjoy those kinds of things. So there's a minimalist backpack helping me with those things. I hope you liked this article, and I hope it was helpful to you somehow to inspire you to travel with such a small backpack.
